LAZY HAZY HOUSY
Lazy Hazy Housy was brewed with pilsner malt, pale malt, unmalted wheat, Munich and flaked barley to be smooth and full bodied with tangerine color. Then we packed the whirlpool with Mandarina Bavaria, Citra, and El Dorado hops to cut down bitterness and create a hoppy cocktail of citrus flavors with a Jolly Rancher-like fruitiness. Double dry-hopped at a rate of two and a half pounds per barrel with a huge dose of El Dorado, Citra and Mosaic give this beer its smoldering tropical aromas.

MALTS: Pilsner, Pale, Munich, Unmalted Wheat, Flaked Barley

HOPS: El Dorado, Citra Cryo, Mosaic, and Mandarina Bavaria

Lazy Hazy Housy

Great Falls Brewing Company IPA - New England / Hazy

A juicy and pithy hop bite in the first sip. Clean and dry sip that turns very smooth quickly. Summer golden malted grains and hazy silkyness delivers a nice X Factor beyond the hops. Earthy and tangy hop flavor is very fresh with dry tones abounding. Tropical pith hops and cry tones around the edged with heavy tropical juice in the nose.

Poured from a pint can into an IPA style glass. Nice off white 2 finger head, with some lacing. The body of the beer is opaque, apricot in color, with a delicious fruity aroma. The first sip delivered on the aroma, with strong citrus flavors and some good hop bitterness that cuts thru at the end. It took awhile for this brewery to get up and running, and I have yet to go to the brewery, but with beers like this one being brewed it's definitely worth the trip.
