Level Headed is a single hop Mosaic hazy session ale that was dry-hopped twice to make sure it packs a hoppy punch. The malt base is light and supportive, utilizing high protein flaked barley and unmalted wheat to complement a mixed base of pilsner and Maine grown pale malt.
