Part of a flight of beers sampled at the brewery in Canaan. Deep brown in color with a caramel head. The aroma definitely spoke of cocoa. The first sip revealed a lot of cocoa flavor smoothly mixed in with the nitro burst. The roasted malts also came thru, adding some sweetness. A well conceived, delicious porter.
