Housachronic is a light orange triple IPA brewed to have massive juicy, dank hop character and haze for days. It was brewed with Amarillo, and Mosaic in the whirlpool and dry-hopped heavily with Amarillo and Connecticut grown Cascade.

Had a pint while at the brewery. I like the name, a clever play on the name of the Housatonic, the local river that meanders from Pittsfield, MA to the Long Island Sound. This is an excellent 'super hazy BOMB', as the brewery calls it, a triple IPA. Great fruitiness on the nose, and the first sip gets the right balance between hops, fruitiness and alcohol (9% abv). I was very pleased that such a new brewery could get this done so well!
