A traditional Leipziger gose brewed with coriander and sea salt, but with an added, Summer-y twist. Basil, lime juice, and 250 pounds of strawberry puree liven this kettle sour up to make it a warm weather favorite.

Tasted at the brewery. All three of the flavors (strawberry, basil, limeade) do come thru in various degrees of a synchromesh taste that can be both good and bad. Not sure if I would order this one again but I am happy to have tried it.
