Poured from a pint can into a snifter glass. One finger caramel head with very nice lacing as the beer is consumed. The body of the beer is coal black. On the nose some malty sweetness, cookie dough and a whiff of alcohol from that 10% abv.
The first sip definitely has a oreo cookie taste underlying the strong malt flavor, and masking that high abv. Finishes with some tongue tickling hoppy bitterness. An adventurous beer, great for the winter!
