Poured from a 12 ounce can into a snifter style glass. One finger caramel colored head, with good lacing, sitting on top of a coal black body of beer. The aroma was somewhat strong with alcohol, minimum banana or coconut. First sip indicate a beer out of balance, just too much alcohol overwhelming any 'Bananas Foster' flavor. I applaud Great Falls for trying to create a new flavor but this one flopped. They are a great brewery, and I have enjoyed many of their fine beers since they opened in the old train station, but this one is best done and buried.
