The aroma is a fruit melange, with tangerine, peach and pineapple on the nose. The first sip has all that flavor from the nectaron hops, along with enough bitterness from the citra hops to cleanse the palate. The name of this beer comes from a restaurant at the The White Hart Inn called Provisions, in Salisbury CT, one town west of the where the Great Falls Brewery is situated.
