Pacific style pils. Our bohemian pilsner, embodies all that is mucho aloha - fun, free and full of character. We used american and German grains, noble hops and a specially selected Czech yeast. After a slow and low cold fermentation pacific pils is rich and golden in color, crisp and smooth in taste with subtle hoppiness and a very clean finish. Made for good times, this beer pairs well with a Baja road trip.

Amber color with a slight head. No real discernable scent. Tastes a bit yeasty with slight bitterness in the aftertaste. I personally prefer a beer with a more crisp taste but this is plenty enjoyable.

This beer was great, a truly great experience! First of all, I had their Pale Ale before so when I came across their second (and only other) beer, I knew I had to try it. Mucho Aloha is from California but they “brew in Hawaiian style” - and this time they made a Bohemian Pilsner, the kind of lager beer that I love the most! I never thought I would be able to drink a lezák again in such a way, let alone in Japan!
It smells and tastes of Saaz hops and Czech yeast, tastes very close to the real thing, with an American twist. Perhaps a bit less body to it but the soft carbonation is just the same as you would get in Prague.
I would highly recommend this to anyone who only knows the German style pils - for those this is a must (and for every other beer lover as well).
