Hazy to cloudy white-hued light gold color. Long lasting head. Wide streaks after each sip for lace.
Malted wheat smell with a bit of sweet cream. In the background I barely pick up the expected clove and banana—it’s very faint.
The taste is sweeter than the smell suggests with the banana taking a more dominant role. Still, wheat is the main player. The body is neutral which is to say richer than most wheat beers. High level of carbonation. There’s a barely perceptible sour touch to the finish, otherwise it’s all malted wheat leading to a shorter aftertaste.
