Tastes like a world-class dark mild, which is not fantastic for a porter.

L: Pours a dark brown with hints of red where the light hits it, a creamy small head and several fingers of lacing.
S: Chocolate, smoke, and some roasted malt, a little reminiscent of a campfire. Light floral hop.
T: Chocolate, some roasted malt, a lot of sweetness. Not quite as good as the aroma.
F: Oil and slick, not as creamy as I like my porters.
O: Love the aroma but the taste and feel don't quite back it up.
