I have probably drank over a dozen of these beers, only to learn that I have not reviewed them. I am using a pint glass and serving the beer at 40 degrees. The pour created a frothy, airy, two-fingered, white head with excellent retention. The slow dissipation left some lacing on the glass. The color is light gold with straw yellow hues, charting at S.R.M. 4, and is transparent. The appearance of the beer is above average for this style.
Nosing the glass, I smell lightly toasted malts, floral, grassy, dew, and light malty sweetness. Smelling the glass again, I detect crackers, honey, and light earthiness. The aromas are simple and clean.
The flavors start with hay, lightly toasted malts, floral esters, dew, honey, and crackers. Sipping the beer again, I notice a light earthiness and a hint of herbal. The flavors are straightforward and clean.
The mouthfeel is smooth and finish clean and crisp. The body is light and has medium carbonation.
It is a simple, easy-drinking beer that will satisfy anyone's thirst. I have always enjoyed sipping this beer by a fire on a warm summer night, and I am glad I finally reviewed it.

16oz can poured into a pils glass

Pours slightly hazy gold with a small white head

Sweet aroma, not much I could pin it to outside of sweetness

Soft, sweet, light with a balanced hop and malt

Almost unremarkable, but that is the wrong word. It is good and easy drinking. Enjoyable enough that I keep buying it.

16 oz can from the brewery store, born on 6/25/20. Pours slightly hazy gold with a medium white head. Aroma: not much of an aroma at all, amybe sweet malt and a little fruit, apple / pear. Taste is pretty much the same, sweet malt, fruit, slightly bitter finish. Not bad but not one I will get again.

Look - pale yellow and quite hazy - 2 finger head - retention is really good - nice lacing continues on after the head recedes
Smell - grassy and spicy - some malt / bread / yeast - almost a saison aroma with some funkiness
Taste - slight hop into but not bitter - biscuit and cracker rush in with some malt sweetness - slight hay and grass in there like a saison with some earthy herbal notes - dries out and left with some spice aftertaste
Feel - medium bodied and creamy - nice mouthfeel - carbonation stays around and keeps interesting
Overall - This is a very flavorful beer, but I feel that it is closer to a saison than it is a blonde ale. It is rich and there are some complex flavors here. I would definitely buy this one again - would be good to have around for those hot days for a refresher - very enjoyable
