A Series of Singularities is a single hop IPA brewed with a different varietal of hop with each and every batch. We brewed this beer with malt flavor just light enough to get out of the way and let the hop character shine through.

500 ml bottle from the brewery store, bottled on 5/21/19. Pours slightly hazy gold with a medium white head. Aroma is sulfur and rotten vegetables. Taste is sulfur and vegetables with a bitter finish. I keep trying Saltfire beers because their kolsch is great and the pilsener and saison are pretty good, but their IPAs all have a sulfur problem. Maybe this one is old for an IPA but the label says best within 100 days. If this is too old they shouldn’t have it in the cold case.
