one of the better and more unique hazy ipa types i have encountered in some time, its different in every way, and that seems harder and harder to do all the time, this style is getting so samey, this really stood out to me. a little lighter to look at, not densely hazy just a little cloudy, pale golden straw colored, and with a short but lasting white head in the pint glass. the aroma is striking, floral like jasmine to me, even a sake vibe but it could just be the name playing tricks on my palate, pineapple juice, even white grape, very interesting, springy, and fresh . the flavor is almost just as good, meyer lemon brightness, subtle white peachy sweetness, a hint of soapiness but its not a bad thing, grassy as it warms, almost no bitterness at all, things like clover honey, mead, and cut flowers also come to mind. the body is so light, the malt flavor is mild too, so this is all hops and really drinkable as this style goes, love the lightness. id love to know what the hops in this are, really cool flavors here and not like all the others. these guys have rather quietly become one of the better breweries in the region, stoked we can get their stuff in idaho now!

A fresh can of this beer and I also got the stronger one. The beer is 44 degrees and served in a pint glass. The pour of the beer created a two-fingered head. The bright white foam is creamy, airy, and frothy; the bubbles are uneven. The head slowly dissipated, leaving jagged lacing on the glass. The color is SRM 4, pale gold with straw yellow hues. This beer is hazy with some carbonation activity within. The appearance of the beer is beautiful.
Initial aromas in the beer are pine, mandarin oranges, grapefruit, and peaches. Next, I smell lightly toasted malts, pineapple, and herbal. Lastly, I detected floral esters and fresh-cut grass. The aromas in the beer are mouthwatering.
I taste oranges, lemons, grapefruit, pine needles, earthiness, pineapple, herbal, peaches, herbal, biscuit, crackers, floral esters, and toasted malts.
The mouthfeel of the beer is slightly astringent, tannic, and crisp.
The body of the beer is medium, medium carbonation, and a medium finish.
This is a lovely beer. The hop profile is bright and aromatic. I enjoyed this beer.
