The beer was brewed last fall. Utah Peaches is another fond memory of mine. My maternal grandparents traveled to Utah in the fall to pick several cases of fruit, bring it back home and we would process the fruit for winter storage. The beer is 44 degrees and served in a tulip glass. The pour of the beer created a light tan airy and foamy head. The retention was quick and left no lacing on the glass. The color of the beer is SRM 4, pale straw with light golden hues. The clarity of the beer is clear with a few carbonation bubbles visible. Another elegant presentation for a sour beer.

Peach, cereal grains, lightly toasted malts, and fruity sweetness are what I perceive. Nosing further, I detect a light floral, a subtle herbal, and some earthiness. Peaches are the dominant aromas and the sourness is rather hidden.

The flavors in the beer are peaches, a touch of horse blanket, earthiness, green grass, wheat, cereal grain a malty sweetness, and a smidge of floral notes.

The mouthfeel of the beer is slightly tart, crisp, and a bit tannic.

The body of the beer is light, high carbonation, and medium finish.

This beer needs that sour smack that you get from this style. The peaches are fantastic in the beer but it is a bit sweeter than other Mobius. I was looking for a bit more sourness in the beer and I did not get that. The last Mobius I drank was amazing, this one is good.

Clear languid gold, no head. Rum, molasses, cane sugar, peach cobbler nose, definitely booze and sweet, rum runs away with it as it warms. Taste is peach rum, with an emphasis on the rum, so strong! Oak and a hint of supporting sour citrus make a brief appearance, but as it warms it becomes clear this one is broken with too much barrel. Feel is thin yet sticky and sludgy, bright and super boozy, tartness is weak.
