On nitro, the brew appears dark brown with a khaki cap that fades leaving a webby lacing pattern on the glass.
Nose is dry roasty grain with hints of coffee and earthiness.
It tastes dry and crisp with roasty earthen grain appeal and mild citrus hop bite.
This is light in body and absolutely crushable. Far and away my favorite and most stylistically accurate of the 4 brews I got to try during my visit.
