A; crystal clear; medium gold in color; 1 finger finely pored ivory head that receded to a wispy cap; nice lacing;
S: not especially aromatic; what's there is sulfur with apple and a bit of spice;
T: floral from start to finish; mild bitterness at the end that increases to moderate in the aftertaste;
M: light to medium bodied; moderate carbonation; dry finish;
O: makes you come back for another sip;

This Bohemian style kellerpils has a nice maltiness and a spicy floral bite from the Saaz hops. Yellow in color with a big cap of white foam, it is crisp, highly carbonated, and a surprising bitterness. Complex and interesting.
