Our mainstay IPA gets the experiments treatment. This happens to be the 20th time we have made Cecil, and every 5th batch we experiment with the second round of dry hopping, utilizing only one hop instead of the usual blend. We have already played with the hops in regular Cecil — Citra, Amarillo, and Mosaic — so this time we chose Galaxy for our expression. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
