look: 4.5 | smell: 4.5 | taste: 4.5 | feel: 4 | overall: 4.25
Looks great, smells great with tropical (especially pineapple-like) aromas and tastes also quite sweet tropical fruity. Then the feeling calms it down a little and brings some bitterness to the game. Is Simcoe this fruity? There supposed to be nothing else in there as it's a single hop APA... but as an APA it made me believe all the way that it was almost like an IPA. This is how nice a brew this Peeping Tom is. At least I enjoyed it quite a lot.
