It's been awhile since I have been inside (due to Covid) but this place has a neighborhood pub feel when the inside is open. They have a wonderful deck and outside area, probably one of the nicest in the Chicago west suburbs. The beers are true to style and very good. They have a limited food menu. Service is excellent. Definitely worth a stop when you are in the area

 

 

Smallish home-y, cozy, lots of varnished wood, place with a few smaller intimate spaces on the sides of the central bar and a couple of good looking outdoor spaces including a front porch with seats and a back deck with room for thirty easy. A well designed space, with the brewhouse in the basement, making what looks like a little building into a brewery that easily fits more than you would think.

A dozen pulls with the expected range of styles and a guest cider.

TV's, jukebox, and a few games available, but the focus is beer and conversation.

Service is attentive and enthusiastic. Minimal food options are sufficient.

Overall a nice place to stop; for a quick beer on the way to another place; to meet friends for a beer; to relax with a beer on the porch after work; but most importantly to have a beer.
