The wheat has a milder flavor, and combined with darker malts and a spicy Belgian yeast, it creates a unique brew. The result is a slightly darker beer that is wonderfully light but flavorful, refreshing with a fresh bitterness.

Copenhagen 10/9 2021. 40 cl from tap at Kølsters 12 Haner, Rantzausgade, Kbh. N.
Pours murky opaque brown with a small off-white head. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet malty and mild odor. Sweet caramel, toffee and brown sugar. Light whiff of grains.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a light bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a light bitter undertone. Lingers shortly. Finish is thin and watery.
Looks like a cola and is not that far away from the sugary soft drink when it comes to smell and flavor.
