Copenhagen 22/8 2022. 44 cl can from Vin de Table. Red can in Kølster's usual design with the very home made logo of the brewery and name and style of the beer.
Pours unclear - almost hazy red with a small white head. Settles as thin patch of foam unable of covering the surface the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of berries mingling with tart notes. Raspberries and strawberries. Lactose. Lemonade and citrus.
Light carbonation. Thin, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intensewith a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong tart sourness. Aftertaste is sour- Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.
Well-balanced, but the tart sourness wins out in the end. As it should.
