Appearance: Arrives cloudy and honey colored, capped by a film; a few strands linger
Smell: Papaya, pear and stone fruit tones
Taste: Papaya and pear forward, with stone fruit flavors rounding out; a hint of watermelon appears in the middle; high alpha acidity in the finish; moderate to high bitterness that lingers; a hint or residual sweetness in the aftertaste
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation; somewhat creamy
Overall: A nice NE IPA that showcases the alpha acids from the El Dorado hops
