The coconut really balances the habanero as you get that initial kick that is tapered off with smooth coconut. As with most incendiary, expect to fast all the adjuncts describe. I got this for $20 for the 4 pack. Ridiculous.

Appearance: Pours out pitch black and the bubble show builds a two finger head; excellent persistence; leggy, with webs of lacing
Smell: Rich chocolate, with the cinnamon, coconut, vanilla and habanero adjuncts coming through
Taste: Dark chocolate and vanilla forward, with the coconut and cinnamon emerging; through the middle, the habanero brings the heat; all of the adjuncts merge into the finish
Mouthfeel: Full bodied and creamy with moderate carbonation
Overall: Tiny Incendiary Brewing has carved out a niche as the best imperial stout brewer in North Carolina; I have been to Bottle Logic and these guys are right up there with them
