Appearance: Pours a cloudy honey color with a two finger cap; streaky lace descends as the head fades slightly
Smell: Papaya, starfruit, lemon and pine
Taste: Austere, at the outset, with starfruit, papaya and lemon forward; the malt bill is very dry here, with the pine tones building, in the middle; moderate bitterness with a dry finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with a bit of a creamy element; moderate carbonation
Overall: An unusual malt bill (oats and wheat) make for a different twist in this dry, moderately bitter NE IPA
