Appearance: Pours espresso colored with a thin beige head that fizzes as it fades, leaving dots and dashes behind
Smell: Rich chocolate, caramel and maple predominate though there is plenty of toasted coconut, as well; coffee underpins
Taste: Rich dark chocolate and caramel on the front with the maple and toasted coconut adding sweetness; the coffee arrives, with the swallow; the coconut throws the balance off a bit in the finish
Mouthfeel: Full bodied with moderate to high carbonation
Overall: I was excited to try this but I actually prefer the base version as it has a better balance of all the elements
