Appearance: Pours espresso colored with a thin beige head that fades to a ringlet; leggy, with a dribbling pattern
Smell: Smells like a Moon Pie splashed with Bourbon
Taste: Moon Pie forward, with the chocolate, marshmallow and graham cracker elements all discernable; through the middle, the Bourbon makes a statement but blends nicely with the other adjuncts; the finish is long and flavorful, without overwhelming in sweetness
Mouthfeel: Full bodied with low to moderate carbonation
Overall: The best of the four variants, to my palate, this is a good dessert beer that presents the "pastry" elements without overwhelming sweetness
