Carefully blended 19-month aged black barleywine and a 13-month aged base imperial stout, both in Weller bourbon barrels. Then conditioned in stainless on toasted, shredded coconut flakes and Counter Culture Coffee.

Appearance: Pours like a typical Incendiary big stout; espresso colored liquid capped by a thin beige film that fades to a ringlet; leggy with some spots
Smell: Baker's chocolate, black cherry, honey and vinous red wine tones
Taste: Black cherry and rum raisin with Baker's chocolate; honey and red wine tones emerge, in the middle; there is some coconut in the finish
Mouthfeel: Full body with low carbonation
Overall: There is a cola character to this beer but I am not getting any coffee; the depth of flavor is less than what I expected; it is good but not up to the standard of my expectations for Incendiary
