Appearance: Pours espresso colored with a one finger tan head that fades to a ringlet; splotchy lacing
Smell: Maple syrup and Bourbon tones envelop the chocolate and caramel
Taste: Sweet maple flavors dominate the front end with chocolate and caramel making their presence felt; through the middle, the Bourbon arrives bringing oak and vanilla and some warmth to the finish
Mouthfeel: Full bodied with moderate carbonation; warmth in the gullet
Overall: The maple impact makes this a tad sweeter than the Cherry Wood version so I prefer that one slightly to this
