Appearance: Pours fudge brown with an ecru film that fades to a ringlet and archipelago; leggy with speckles
Smell: Chocolate and Apple Brandy barrel tones with a hint of molasses
Taste: The chocolate and Apple Brandy flavors mingle, up front, with some molasses tones adding a bit of sweetness in the middle; the finish leans toward the barrel with a bit of fusel alcohol in the aftertaste
Mouthfeel: Full bodied and leaning toward thick; low to moderate carbonation
Overall: One of my favorites of the Untethered Angel series; great use of the Apple Brandy barrel
