Brewed with the palest of pilsner malts and just a touch of wheat, hopped heavily with Grüngeist and Michigan grown Copper, and fermented low and slow producing a dry snappy finish with plenty of bitterness. Double dry hopped with Mosaic, Michigan grown Copper, and a final kiss of Grüngeist. This modern take on a West Coast IPA is lean, bitter, and dank. We get resinous bitterness supported by subtle notes of tangerine, lime zest, and white flowers.

Picked up a single from the Greenville Beer Exchange 10-6-23 for $5.49. Maybe canned 8-11-23; consumed 10-27-23.
Beer poured a chilled gold with a very nice white head.
Nose has notes of floral and citrus hops.
Taste is a medium pale malt base in which the choice of floral hops shine thru as the flavor is more earthy and floral rather than fruity. Some notes of stone fruit but the floral dominates. Finishes with a nice WC style of bitterness; 7/10 on my scale.
Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied and smooth.
Overall a solid WCIPA.
