Cellared a year. Blackish brown body with a brown cap. Aromas are pleasant with signature weller barrel character meeting notes of barley, earth, caramel, raisin and leather in that order of intensity. Taste is much the same but mashed together, getting some residual boozy and earthy tobacco in place of the sweeter tones long term on the palate. The body is the let down, weller barrel is there but bittering barley slices through the very thin body, heating it up and making the it last way too quickly, undercuts the whole beer

This bottle was filled to the very top, the cap came off without a whisper. (Edit: I see @Beersnake has the same experience!) A hard pour yielded a short showing of weak, big bubbles. Lots of smooth booze in the nose along with plenty of raisins and prunes. Very nice.
I taste the same, but while the booze is still smooth the fruit is kinda rough and prickly. Maybe a little too much oak at the back end? Still definitely enjoying this. The mouthfeel is a bit light.

Poured at fridge temp, but allowed to warm for a while before taking the first sip. Strangely, the bottle was almost filled to the very top. I can't say I've ever seen this, and I know high-fill bottles are often removed from the bottling lines.
Pours very dark brown with little head. Carbonation seems relatively low.
The nose is very smooth. Bourbon is very evident from the first sniff. 24 months shines through here. Caramel, raisins, dark bread, sweet candy, and vanilla.
The taste is really nice. Definitely sweet. Almost a grainy sugar note. A bit smoky with a hint of Leather. Toffee, slightly hoppy, bitter oak. Definitely some dark fruit poking through - raisins, prunes. I think the 24 months in barrels added some rough boozy edges to this. Not as balanced as it could be, but it's still great.

Appearance: Pours a burnt caramel color with a wispy film that fades to a collar; no lacing
Smell: Earthy and almost smoky caramel with strong Bourbon tones
Taste: Earthy, slightly smoky caramel tones with a touch of dark fruit (fig and date); burgeoning Bourbon flavors that turn oaky, after the swallow, with a boozy finish
Mouthfeel: Medium to full body with no carbonation
Overall: A little rough in the finish but has some nice English Barleywine elements which I really enjoy

This one is jumping jack firecracker of English barleywines. Never had anything from this brewery. I like the wax work and the label is done well. Poured cellar temp to a Glencairn glass. The aroma of caramel is very strong on opening. The pour yields a dark clear burnt-wood color, with barely a tight fast fizzle head, and not much lacing. Carbonation is faint, but present. The flavor is not as sweet as I usually expect an English style barleywine, with this falling into one of the more stout-affected versions. That said, the flavor has a distinct dark malt presence up front, with a prominent bite of Weller barrel wood. The Weller bourbon and wood traits really hit hard up front, which is fine. There is a tinge of the caramel sweetness toward the back, reminiscent of the aroma, but faint in comparison. Then after some warming, a second big swig brings more of the caramel up front. The alcohol has some bite from the Weller profile, and brings a good amount of warming. It’s a good drink that twists and turns over time.
