Blend of three stout bases aged for 18 months in Stagg Jr barrels and 36 months in Weller barrels. Conditioned on wild Thai banana, coconut, and Indonesian vanilla beans.

Appearance: Pours espressso colored with a thin beige film that fades to a collar; speckles of lacing dribble down
Smell: Chocolate covered banana with vanilla tones all ensconced with Bourbon
Taste: Chocolate covered banana with burgeoning vanilla; through the middle, the Bourbon emerges powerfully but the finish reverts to the chocolate covered banana
Mouthfeel: Full bodied with low carbonation
Overall: I am not a huge pastry stout fan but this captures the banana tones perfectly
