Appearance: Pours espresso colored with a crown of large bubbles that quicky fade away; a bit leggy but no lacing
Smell: Captures the chocolate dipped churro concept; wafts of the Bourbon barrel; hints of cinnamon and vanilla
Taste: Chocolate and cinnamon forward with the vanilla emerging; the sweetness, up front, captures the chocolate churro flavor profile; big barrel flavors emerge, after the swallow, and dominate the finish which also brings some heat from the cinnamon
Mouthfeel: Full bodied with low carbonation; warmth in the gullet
Overall: Sweet and hot with a slightly thinner mouthfeel than Incendiary's other big BA stouts
