Look - Pours a very dark black color with a nice brown head that disappears in about a minute.
Smell - Malt, chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla.
Taste - Malt, bourbon, vanilla, bourbon, and strawberry.
Feel - Feels thick and creamy. Easy drinking for a 15%ABV beer. Has a mild bourbon aftertaste.
Overall - Not a bad stout, but to me the strawberry seemed a little off. Maybe a little too dry to pull it off.

Appearance: Arrives pitch black with a modest head that fades to a collar, leaving a couple of strands
Smell: Malted milk balls and vanilla with strawberry overtones; all complemented by Bourbon
Taste: Chocolate and malted milk forward with the stawberry flavor becoming apparent; the vanilla tones emerge, in the mid-palate, with the Bourbon arriving to enliven the finish
Mouthfeel: Full bodied with moderate carbonation
Overall: I was uncertain but curious about trying this one; glad I did as I was astounded by how good it was
