Look: It pours dark brown with a tan head. Head retention is very low.
Smell: Strong caramel aromas with definitive bourbon notes and a touch of treacle.
Taste: It has strong caramel with some treacle like qualites. There are notes of bourbon. There are some very low dark fruit notes in the background.
Feel: It has a full body on the chewy side. The finish is balanced towards the sweet side.
Overall: Quite a thick beer with strong tasting elements. It has quite a kick in the alcohol warming.
