Appearance: Arrives a dark brown color with a film that fades; leggy with patches of lacing
Smell: Fig, date and dried plum sweeted with toffee tones; the Bourbon enriches
Taste: Fig, date and dried plum forward with the toffee adding some sweetness; the Bourbon arrives, mid-palate, to complement but not overwhelm
Mouthfeel: Full bodied with low to moderate carbonation
Overall: This is the best BA-aged Wee Heavy I have tasted, hands down
