A barrel-aged imperial stout that blends stouts aged 8 months in 10-year Early Times and 15 months in Buffalo Trace & Booker’s bourbon barrels, conditioned on Thai Banana, toasted and fresh coconut, and Madagascar vanilla beans.

Appearance: Arrives pitch black with a thin head that fades to a ringlet; a few spots
Smell: Vanilla, banana and chocolate dip, all ensconced in Bourbon; a hint of toasted coconut
Taste: Bourbon impacts the flavor profile, from the outset, with the chocolate dipped banana prominent; vanilla and toasted coconut emerge, after the swallow
Mouthfeel: Full bodied with low to moderate carbonation
Overall: Not sure I was going to like this as I am not a pastry stout guy but it is really good
