Appearance: Pours espresso colored with a thin tan head that quickly recedes to a collar; leggy with a few speckles
Smell: Chocolate, vanilla as well as the Rye and Bourbon are most pronounced; a hint of coffee underneath
Taste: The chocolate, vanilla and Rye blend, up front, with the caramel Bourbon tones emerging, in the middle; there is some roasted coffee, in the finish, the becomes more apparent as the liquid warms
Mouthfeel: Full bodied with low carbonation; slight warmth in the gullet
Overall: Another fine example of barrel aging at Incendiary; the barrel almost always adds just enough to the flavor profile without dominating
