Barrel-Aged old school imperial stout with chocolate and a blend of Counter Culture Big Trouble and Black & White Sugarcane coffee. Base is a blend of stout aged in Wild Turkey barrels for 1 year & Sazerac barrels for 2 years.

Appearance: Pours fudge brown with a thin ecru film that fades to a collar; speckles of lacing
Smell: Chocolate fudge with strong coffee elements; the Bourbon and Sazerac complement that aromatics
Taste: Chocolate fudge forward with the Sazerac being very pronounced; after the swallow, both the Bourbon and the coffee emerge, bringing caramel and a hint of vanilla, as well
Mouthfeel: Medium to full body with moderate carbonation
Overall: For BA stouts of this type, I really prefer the higher ABV, fuller mouthfeel brews that Incendiary creates
