Bright gold, slightly hazy, low activity. Light creamy 2 finger head, lasting around 5 minutes, with average legs and swirl reaction. Flavors of sweet barley, lemon, apples, light wheat, and floral hops. Slick and smooth, a bit oily, medium to full body with prickly and crispy carbonation. Light strength finish, grainy with a bit of cereal, subtle fruits but quite pleasant. A hint of corn but doesn't feel adjunct. Makes a nice accessible blonde, very fresh and well balanced with a fine texture. Overall very good quality craft.
