Top rating for this brewery. There’s the funkatorium but this is THE REAL FUNKATORIUM.
Amazing place on every front. Came here on a Friday afternoon. Their beers are on another planet - as much as the facility.
They have 4 large foeders and myriad smaller barrels in view. Their brew house has a wooden tun, copper kettle. Decor is off the charts. They’ve put as much love into the place as their beers.
There’s 35+ breweries in the Asheville area. Don’t come here and miss this one.

Cool hidden gem along the river. Old non-discript metal warehouse building with rehabbed interior and large service bar opposite the entry. A few communal tables inside and a dozen picnic tables on the patio out front. Only 6 beers on tap, i had the Velodust and it was excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable bartenders. Great place to enjoy a leisurely brew on a sunny day by the river.
