NEIPA. I open the crowler a little over a day after it was originally poured.
Pours hazy but not, like, hideous and milkshake thick. The color is a bright yellow washed out a bit by white resin, very fizzy.
The aroma is, par for the style, very fruit-forward and smooth, with pineapple and mango dominating. It's a little one-note (again, par for the style) but that note is struck quite well.
Tastes like a good NEIPA. Fruit forward, sweet up front and lightly bitter in the middle, not exactly balanced or complex but still a nice pedestal for the exotic hop varieties.
