On tap at the brewery. It smells just like Earl Grey tea - plenty of bergamot, and earthy black tea as well. Kind of an odd pairing to put this in a kettle sour, but it works fairly well. Lightly tart lemon with a hint of wheat and spice round out the flavor profile. Interesting to try, although not something I'd want to drink on a regular basis. But that's okay!
