Poured from the can into a Libby style pilsner glass.
Clear and nearly crystal clear looking body apperance, giving a big hinted dark orange almost light copper color. Fine white carbonation, and a soapy three finger head just a hair light khaki colored and almost getting to pure white.
Solid aroma, with a hint of toasted malts, light cracker dryness, clean sensations and faint touches of caramel sweentess. Fairly straightforward with not too much else to say, with a good impression and no faults at least.
Palate is interesting. Clean classic finish and feel, with touches of bready dark toasted brown bread, and caramel sweetness. Large amount of mineral push and comes off just a hair slightly gaseous, but provides excellent mineral flavors with it to cut through the palate. Finish is memorable with a caramel and even honey bread like sweetness flavor that lingers.
Gets the job done mostly solidly, with little fanfare to go with it.

Clear copper body under an average size off white head that left spotty lacing. Malt focused aroma with notes of toasted bread. The toastiness remains in the flavor, reminiscent of rye, while the hops barely register. There is some bitterness in the aftertaste, however. Smooth, creamy, medium bodied, moderately carbonated mouthfeel.

16 ounce draft pour into a nonic pint at the brewery.
L: Amber, clear and effervescent, small creamy white head that fades to a thin cap but refuses to disappear.
S: Very weak aroma; just quick whiffs of sweet bread malt and lighter hops.
T: Fairly dry with hints of sweeter malt, earthy hops, balanced to malt, clean lager.
F: Medium light body, starting somewhat crisp, then smooth.
O: Representative and enjoyable, above average American offering,

16oz (can 9/15/21) poured into German-style dimpled mug. Dark orange body topped by substantial white head. No aroma noted. Pumpernickel in a can. Smooth medium bodied. Good American version of a traditional Octoberfest beer.
