5 oz mini-snifter pour on tap at the brewery. Pours dark brown with a hint of red, with a moderate off-white head. Good retention and lacing. The aroma and flavors feature bourbon, booze, sweet caramel/bready malt, a hint of coffee and dark fruit, with earthy hops bringing a balance of bitterness. Mouthfeel is slick and boozy. Overall it's a tasty beer and a style I've not had before, at least that I remember (BA imperial bock).
