Poured from the can into a Libby style pilsner glass.
Faintly just hazed, but with enough clarity to show off really good champagne like crisp looking bubbles. Sudsy head that is bleach white, tall but very big soap bubbled retention. A real straw body color is shown off.
Aroma is a nice sticky malt, with a very effervescent aroma that's almost hinting of light sulfur. Mineral tinged and very faint spicy hop like aroma in the background. Has a good bakery dough flavor but also comes off a bit light and pappery.
Palate doesn't bring much of a surprise. If anything it comes pretty expected. Light bodied with just a faint touch of sweet dough like malt. Sharp and gaseous feel with a faint touch of finishing herbs, with quite a lot of crispness. Popping mouthfeel but also mineral strong and very light bodied flirting with an almost cut perrier water like flavor.
This is interesting for a light bodied lager, but does come off very fleeting in the palate.

Bella Birra is an Italian Pilsner, per the crew at the brewery - a much better description than calling it Bohemian! From the can, it pours a light yellow color with a modest white head that reduces to a small ring. The nose gets some grassy hops and light malt. The mouth gets a lightly bitter pilsner brew with a mild aftertaste!

Marketed as an Italian Pilsner. Lightly hazed gold body with a large white head and good lacing. Pungent, herbal aroma. Clean, crisp, slightly sweet taste. Spicy, floral, herbal aftertaste. Medium-to-light bodied, decently carbonated mouthfeel.
