Poured from the can into a nonic(k) pint glass.
Very clear bodied, nearly crystal and shiny, with a see through colorred lemon yellow and maybe even hinting slightly green. Thick and chunky forming three finger head, bleach white in color and very bright looking. Foam like retention and decent settling.
Aroma hits a light hint of hop, minimal malt sense and maybe even a touch of diacetyl. Faint touches of dough and some bakery bread sensing flavor.
Palate seems to be all over. Light bodied but flirting just feeling wet, with a little touch of gaseous tasting carbonation. Buttery a little bit but even tolerable with some sense of comliment to a light bread and honey malt base. Surprisingly minimal hop flavor even for balance and not much character.
A rather standard American Blonde Ale but certainly drinkable with little fanfare.
