A: The beer is clear pinkish red in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short off white head (with pinkish hues) that quickly died down, leaving a web of lacing on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of sour black cherries are present in the nose.
T: The taste is somewhat sour and has flavors of yogurt-like yeast with notes of black cherries.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied, slightly creamy, and a little tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer isn't that sour and doesn't have a lot of cherry flavors. It's more like having a sour cherry yogurt.
