Red currants are a stable berry that you don't find very often, but here it is! That wonderful cross of a tomato and bell pepper. One to try!

Strawberry lemonade appearance. Earth, fruit, mid summer roadside farm stand, kiss of white grape. Less sweet than nose. Vegetal derived sweetness, kumato tomato jam, red bell pepper and juicy kumquat. Dashes of citric like tartness, but the taste is predominantly red currant. Slightly savory red bean. Good sour base. Not overly complex, but like light, mellow and pretty drinkable.
